Complaints procedure

A complaints procedure exists in all schools. If you have any concerns about your child’s education or the School, you should talk to the class teacher in the first instance. In the rare event that the matter is not dealt with to your satisfaction, please approach the office for an appointment with the Key Stage Leader or Head teacher. If the matter requires further investigation a formal complaint may be made to the Governing Body, they must then consider this carefully before deciding what action is needed.
